What’s the Brief?
We’re partnering with a well-established, privately owned agribusiness operating across South Australia and Victoria to appoint a P&C Business Partner to support one of its regional farming divisions.
This position has been created to provide dedicated Business Partner support to a workforce of approximately 100 employees across multiple regional sites. With peak operational periods and ongoing workforce demands, the business requires an experienced HR professional who can deliver hands-on advisory support, manage recruitment and contracts, and ensure people processes are executed consistently and effectively.
This is a true generalist HRBP role embedded within a blue-collar, regional environment.
