People & Culture Business Partner

This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role partnering with our operational leaders across multiple Bis sites. You’ll play a key role in strengthening leader capability, driving employee engagement, and delivering practical HR solutions that make a real impact on our teams.

What you’ll be doing

Partnering with operations to deliver people strategies that lift engagement, capability, and performance.

Providing trusted advice and coaching on employee relations, conduct, and performance management.

Supporting the rollout of engagement and culture initiatives across our operational teams.

Facilitating talent and capability programs, including workforce planning, recruitment activities and succession initiatives.
