People & Culture Generalist
to strengthen our internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end employee onboarding processes, ensuring a structured and culture-aligned experience.
• Manage documentation validation, social security registrations, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Design and coordinate training and organizational development initiatives.
• Support employee wellbeing, engagement, and people management strategies.
• Partner with leaders on talent management and employee experience matters.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in comprehensive People/HR processes (onboarding, validations, wellbeing, and training).
• Strong knowledge of HR documentation management and administrative personnel processes.
• Experience in training and organizational development.
• English level B2 (required).
