People & Culture Generalist

Job purpose

• We are looking for a
  People & Culture Generalist
  to support the day-to-day people operations and employee experience of our growing, globally distributed team.
• This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be the primary point of contact for employees on people-related matters, ensuring that HR operations run smoothly while helping to create a positive, consistent, and engaging employee experience across regions.
• You will work closely with our HR team and external vendors, and partner with managers to ensure people processes are clear, reliable, and fairly applied.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational ownership, cares about culture and employee experience, and is comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving startup environment.
