Location: Espoo, Turku or Tampere | Hybrid/On-site | Full-time | Permanent

Leadership Team: 6,000–7,000 € /month + annual bonus

As People & Culture Lead , you’ll own Bofor’s people agenda as a member of the leadership team and act as a strategic partner to leadership in supporting the organization’s growth and development. The role centers on developing leadership, systematically building competencies and capabilities, change management, and driving Bofor-wide development initiatives. You’ll combine hands‑on HR expertise, a coaching approach, and business understanding to build a strong, evolving, high‑performing organization.
