People & Culture Lead — Strategy, Growth & AI Enablement

Bofor is seeking a People & Culture Lead to own the people agenda within the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong HR experience, a coaching approach, and the ability to drive change initiatives while working closely with the leadership team.
