About the Role:

We are seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead a structural and strategic function within Frontall. This is not a traditional HR role.
This position connects culture, retention, performance, and client experience, with direct exposure to the U.S. market. This is a seat-at-the-table role, not a back-office HR function.
