People & Culture Manager

The Human Resource (People & Culture) Manager – Philippines will lead and own all People & Culture responsibilities for our Philippines office, supporting the business through continued growth and operational scale. This role plays a critical part in shaping the local employee experience while ensuring strong compliance, consistency, and business continuity.

While owning day-to-day People Operations including in-house payroll, benefits design and administration, employee relations, HR systems, and workplace experience - this role also has a broader remit. You will contribute to global People & Culture initiatives, partnering with APAC and global teams on programs such as performance management, engagement, capability building, and policy evolution.
