People Development Officer

Primary Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure hiring decisions are made with long-term talent development and organizational needs in mind.

Employee Relations & Discipline

● Enforce disciplinary policies consistently across the organization, addressing issues promptly and in accordance with legal standards.

● Handle employee grievances with a balanced approach, ensuring both fairness and adherence to labor laws.

Performance Management & Talent Development

● Lead performance appraisals, ensuring that KPIs are met and that talent development plans are in place for key positions.

● Drive training programs to support employee growth, retention, and company objectives.
