People Experience Executive | 1 Year | Serangoon North | UP to 4.5K

Job Description:

The People Experience (PE) Executive supports initiatives that shape how employees experience. This role provides hands-on exposure to employee listening, people analytics and community building. The Executive will work closely with the People Experience team to support programmes that strengthen culture, employer brand, and overall employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

1. Brand Advocacy & Community Support

Support the management of employee and alumni advocacy communities—to amplify culture and employer brand.

• Support the coordination of community activities and engagement initiatives
• Assist in content planning and communications to encourage authentic LinkedIn sharing

• Help track participation and engagement metrics

• Assist in organising alumni events and networking activities

• Support communications and engagement on alumni platforms
