Job Description
The People Experience Executiveis a key member of the People Experience (PE) team, responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging workplace environment. The primary focus of this role is to foster strong employee relations, drive employee engagement initiatives and coordinate events. Provide critical operational and administrative support to deliver smooth, efficient HR/PE services, employee engagement activities, and day‑to‑day people operations.
This position demands a high level of professionalism, organisational ability, and interpersonal skills, as well as the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
The PE Executive role is responsible for supporting the full range of People & Organisation (P&O) management and operational aspects of the employee life cycle and services.
