People Experience Lead

The People Success Lead at GreyLabs is a builder’s role at its core.

This role sits at the intersection of People Operations and People Partnering, designed for someone who enjoys building from scratch, iterating fast, and owning outcomes end-to-end.

You’ll work closely with the Director - People & Culture to co-create people systems, processes, and experiences that support GreyLabs’ rapid growth and evolving culture.

This is a role for someone who enjoys thinking, building, scrapping, rebuilding, and improving - continuously.

What You’ll Do:

People Operations & Core Foundations

• Own and run end-to-end People Operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, documentation, HRIS, policies, exits)
