A multinational food ingredient company in Querétaro is looking for a People Operations Leader to manage a team focusing on the entire employee life cycle.This includes overseeing onboarding, job changes, and offboarding, while also ensuring data quality and compliance with HR regulations in the US, Canada, and Mexico.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, strong skills in Workday, and excellent customer service abilities.The role is full-time and mainly office-based with minimal travel requirements.
