People Operations Coordinator

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base salary + 5% annual bonus potential

Reports To: Chief People Officer

FLSA: Exempt

Location: Hybrid (if in Nashville)/Remote (EST business hours)

The People Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping the engine of our People function running smoothly. This role supports the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding through offboarding — while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a consistent, high-trust employee experience. You'll partner closely with Payroll, Total Rewards, and People leadership to maintain strong operational foundations while helping evolve and improve how we support our teams as we grow.
