People Operations Generalist

In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will own and execute core HR and people operations functions for a fully distributed team across Latin America. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies. Partnering closely with leadership, Finance, and external vendors, you will streamline HR processes, maintain accurate records, and deliver a seamless employee experience. This role also involves supporting recruiting efforts, administering benefits, and coordinating systems and IT access. You will thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, and remote-friendly environment, helping to build scalable people infrastructure and strengthen organizational culture.
