ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a sharp, systems-thinking operator to own the people & ops backbone of Happen Ventures. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role — you'll sit at the intersection of HR, cross-team accountability, and executive support. Think of it as the engine behind the machine: you make sure people are supported, KPIs are tracked, issues are resolved, and the leadership team can move fast.
