Job Description
We are hiring a People Operations Intern to join one of our remote distributed teams.
The incumbents will be responsible for People Operations/HR.
This is a remote volunteer internship program. Using Culturelligence HR systems,
intern-led teams simulate HR workflows for the purposes of learning and development.
The duration for which is 3 months.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
● Screening, interviewing, recruitment, onboarding of new hires, and offboarding.
● Internal implementation of processes & practices such as performance ratings,
surveys, administrative tasks.
● Build employee engagement and experience through weekly huddles and other activities.
● Research and prepare reports on modern practices of talent management / HR.
● Work with the leadership team to extend support in any other activities/projects
available.
