About the role

The role of the People Operations Manager at Albelli-Photobox Group is a critical and multifaceted position that involves strategic leadership, team management, and collaboration with various stakeholders. 
In this role you will spearhead the design and development of our People Operations team and strategy, as well as leading a dynamic team of people officers who provide comprehensive end-to-end HR support to our employees across six countries.

Primary Responsibilities:

Directly manage a team of People Operations professionals across 6 countries.

Oversee and guide your team in areas including, administration, mobility, payroll, and data analytics.

Play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of a Shared Services model by centralizing People Operations
