We are hiring on behalf of a highly talented digital consultancy that partners with well-known brands to create digital products that just work. Despite 15 years in the game, they've maintained a vibrant startup energy and are currently navigating a period of exciting, stable growth. To support this international expansion, they are looking for an all-round People Manager to join their newly opened office in Cape Town.
This is a true generalist role designed for someone who loves being hands-on in a collaborative environment. You will balance your time between managing the full employee lifecycle (70%) and driving specialist projects (30%), such as integrating the South African hub with the UK headquarters or leveling up performance practices.
