We're searching for a People Operations Manager to join a growing, internationally connected technology business.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle, strengthening operational excellence, and supporting a multi-country workforce within a dynamic tech environment.
The Role
You will:
Lead and develop a small People Operations team, driving high standards and continuous improvement.
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data accuracy, employee records, and payroll preparation (global coordination).
Provide guidance to managers on policies, procedures, and South African employment legislation (BCEA, LRA, POPIA, OHS, COIDA).
Support employee relations processes, including CCMA matters where required.
Coordinate key annual People initiatives (pay reviews, benefits cycles, policy updates).
