We're searching for a People Operations Manager to join a growing, internationally connected technology business.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle, strengthening operational excellence, and supporting a multi-country workforce within a dynamic tech environment.

The Role

You will:

• Lead and develop a small People Operations team, driving high standards and continuous improvement.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data accuracy, employee records, and payroll preparation (global coordination).
• Provide guidance to managers on policies, procedures, and South African employment legislation (BCEA, LRA, POPIA, OHS, COIDA).
• Support employee relations processes, including CCMA matters where required.
