Human Resources Management
Lead end-to-end HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration.
Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies, internal guidelines, and local labor legislation; maintain and update the employee handbook.
Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, including exit interviews and turnover analysis.
Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits reimbursement processes.
Serve as a trusted advisor to line managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations matters.
Manage global mobility processes for international assignees.
Partner with APAC HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to ensure alignment with regional HR frameworks and business objectives.
