We’re looking for a People Operations Manager who enjoys being close to the business and making people decisions work in practice.

This role partners with HR, Business Leaders, and Finance to turn workforce and capability decisions into clean execution across offers, pay, systems, and employee experience. You’ll bring structure, judgment, and follow‑through so teams can move fast without creating downstream issues.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Business and Function Heads to support workforce and capability discussions
• Bring an execution lens early, helping leaders think through what will work on the ground
• Support pre‑budget workforce conversations while Finance assesses cost impact in real time
• Ensure offers, salary changes, and pay calibrations stay fair and within approved budgets
