Fringe Sport is hiring a People Operations & Recruiting Lead to own the systems that keep our team aligned, growing, and hiring well - without founder intervention.

This role is about running the people machine:

• Recruiting pipelines
• Hiring process
• Performance reviews
• Onboarding and training
• HR documentation and issue resolution
• Manager enablement
• Employer brand hygiene (Glassdoor, candidate experience)
