People Operations Specialist - Onboarding, L&D & Rewards

Holcim Philippines Inc. is looking for an HR professional to deliver efficient HR processes and implement policies at their Northern Mindanao location. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing employee records, and facilitating orientation for new hires.

The ideal candidate should hold a college degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or Business Management and have a minimum of two years in various HR functions. Knowledge of SAP-HR is an advantage.
