Reporting to the People & Organisation (P%O) General Manager, Malaysia, the P&O Partner will embody our aspirations to create conditions for our people to cultivate their unique potential, united with a shared sense of purpose to establish an environment where our employees' strengths can be leveraged and continue to grow and thrive. This role will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of P&O services across an employee's lifecycle. The role balances operational execution with strategic insight. The ability to resolve complex people issues, implement effective P&O programs, and provide data driven insights empowers leaders to make informed decisions and cultivates a culture of fairness, growth and compliance.
