Overview

The People Partner (Davao) acts as the primary HR representative for assigned Davao field locations/regions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives at the operational level. This role provides hands-on support to frontline leaders and employees, aligning people practices with business objectives to drive engagement, compliance, and performance in the field.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the point of contact for all HR matters in assigned locations.
