JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to deliver exceptional employee and line manager experience across the full employee lifecycle, by acting as the face of HR and providing expert guidance on people matters. You will play a critical role in enabling compliant, fair and consistent people practices, resolving complex employee relations matters, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
