PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive People Partnering professional to support the business in driving effective people practices, employee engagement, talent management, learning and development, and operational excellence across the organisation. The successful incumbent will partner with managers and employees to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

Partner with management to support people initiatives aligned to business objectives.

Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution.
