Job Description
•Drive end-to-end recruitment for all priority roles, including active headhunting, sourcing, and pipeline building, not just inbound application management.
•Own and optimise the ATS (Breezy) to ensure structured, consistent, and accountable hiring processes across the business.
•Design and refine competency-based screening, including role-specific scorecards and structured interview panels.
•Manage hiring timelines proactively, escalating delays and bottlenecks before they impact the business.
•Coordinate with ExCo and hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate non-negotiables, and remuneration expectations upfront.
•Conduct reference checks, background verification (Dots Africa), and candidate due diligence with rigour.
•Prepare and issue employment contracts accurately and timeously.
•Manage the full onboarding experience from offer acceptance through to end of probation, ensuring no step is missed.<...
