Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the Technology & Telecoms sector. Identify opportunities for organisational development and implement relevant training initiatives. Facilitate change management and support a culture of continuous improvement. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
