What's the role about?

As our Retail People Partner, you'll be a trusted partner to a wide range of stakeholders responsible for helping drive the Global People Plan, aligned with Reiss' purpose and vision which supports our continued growth and success as a brand.

You'll be a key contributor in ensuring Reiss is a great place to work; supporting our Retail leaders in driving performance, retention, recognition & reward, progression and development, through creating a truly engaging workplace where employees feel included, trusted and valued.

Working alongside our Talent, Learning & Development, Retail and US People teams, you will demonstrate exceptional communication and team collaboration.
