People Process Specialist

Major Function

As our new People Process Specialist, you will execute and continuously improve core HR processes within Hungary and EMEA. You will ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies and systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
You will act as a subject matter specialist within defined process areas such as employee data, job changes, or time and attendance. You will work closely with HRBPs, managers, and other HR functions to ensure a smooth and high-quality employee experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day HR processes with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for defined process areas (e.g., employee data, job changes, time & attendance).
