People Relations Manager

As a People Relations Manager in the HR function, your main focus will be to lead with a proactive approach and take ownership and accountability for securing all parts of people relations for Sales Market MX-CO-EC. You will ensure local governance processes are in place, enabling risk management, compliance, and follow‑up for all people relations areas, and align your strategies with the broader business goals of the Sales Market.

This role reports into our HR Manager, MX‑CO‑EC and is based in the Mexico City Support Office.

A Day in the Life

• Build and implement the People Relations strategy for MX‑CO‑EC and lead a team of People Relations Specialists.
• Set implementation plan for new/updated group social policies, guidelines, or framework.
• Determine local people relations plans and priorities aligned with global strategy.
• Adapt policies and standards to legal requirements.
