Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, advocate for employee well-being, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• HR Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies while keeping employees informed about their rights and responsibilities.
• HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, process HR documents efficiently, and oversee compliance with company policies to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Performance Management
- Support managers in fostering employee growth through fair evaluations, constructive feedback, and well-structured development plans.
• HR Reporting
- Generate reports on employee relations metrics, workplace engagement trends, and overall employee satisfaction.
