People & Safety Administrator

A bit about the role

This newly created role is ideal for someone wanting to grow their experience in HR, HSE, or both. You’ll be right at the centre of the action — coordinating key processes, keeping our systems up to date, and helping ensure our people have what they need to do their best work.

You’ll work closely with our Senior People & Culture Advisor and HSE Manager, giving you plenty of variety and learning opportunities. One day you might be coordinating reviews or assisting with an ER process; the next, preparing safety documents or helping organise a wellbeing initiative. If you enjoy staying organised, jumping in where needed, and supporting a team to thrive, you’ll feel right at home in this role.
