Job Description
Attends to escalation concerns of Admin and EVHR Team regarding operations concerns
Roll out HR projects and HR policies
Handle of Disciplinary cases (Class A-D)
Work hand in hand with Admin and Total Rewards for the generation of Payroll reports.
Maintenance/Creation of 201 files documents and backup records
Maintenance and update of Microstatus profiles, assignment, compensation and records.
Escalate immediate employee concern to HR Manager
Facilitates townhalls, events and work with other department during companywide program
Join the operation and admin site leads meeting
Create events / activities for employees. (initiative under budget/ Birthday Bash / Anniversary)
Facilitates ramp and rehire. Work with TA regarding onboarding process; PEME & requirements
