About the Role
We are seeking an experienced People Solutions & Benefits Manager to lead U.S.-focused people operations and benefits administration within a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
This role requires strong working knowledge of U.S. labor regulations, benefits administration, compliance standards, and HRIS governance. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, workforce stability, and a positive employee experience while partnering closely with Operations leaders.
This is an execution-driven leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in operational environments and can balance compliance, service delivery, and stakeholder management.
