This role leads U.S.-based people operations and employee benefits delivery in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment. The manager is accountable for accurate, compliant, and timely execution of employee lifecycle processes and benefits administration, while serving as a key partner to Operations leaders to support workforce stability, productivity, and employee experience.

The position is execution-focused, combining hands-on expertise in U.S. labor laws, benefits administration, and HR systems with strong people leadership and continuous improvement.
