We are looking for a talented People Support Advisor Manager to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Cummins in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua (Hybrid role: 3 days on site, 2 days home office).

Job Summary

Leads a team or multiple teams responsible for delivering HR solutions, providing support and coaching to employees and managers within a broad scope in the geography. Ensures solutions are delivered that enhance the employee experience, drive efficiency and are compliant with local legislation and company policies. The role will leverage the full HR function to meet business needs and deliver as one HR team.
