People Support Advisor, Senior

**DESCRIPTION**

Provides first line support and coaching to employee and manager enquiries as the single point of contact through resolution. Supports deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of HR processes, programs and initiatives within designated geography across all businesses and functions. Assists in delivering solutions to enhance employee experience, drive efficiency, and are compliant with local legislation and company policy.

The primary location for this role will be either Pangyo or Cheonan. However, candidates may also work from the Seoul office and should be able to travel to the primary site periodically
