About the Role
We're looking for a People & Talent Partner to be the heart of our Mexico City operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact hybrid role that combines Recruiting Leadership, People Partnership, and HR Coordination. You'll be the local face of our culture — driving hiring excellence, supporting our people, and building bridges between CDMX and HQ.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition (75%)
- Own end-to-end recruiting for nuDesk and select client roles — from intake to offer.
- Partner directly with hiring managers and client leads to define scorecards and KPIs.
