Job Description
Location: Remote - Ideally based within the South West for ease of training (role remains remote day‑to‑day, with access to working hubs).
Hours: Part-time ~24 hours, please state your preferred working pattern in your application.
Start Date: ASAP, ideally before 1st March 2026.
Salary: FTE £32-35k per annum (up to £21k pro rata).
Term: Permanent.
Reports to: Head of People.
Company Size: ~65 employees with strong growth plans.
