People Tech Integrations Specialist

Overview

The People Tech & Analytics team’s mission is to enable long-term scalability by fostering a data-informed culture through seamless systems and a people-centric employee experience. We’re looking for a People Tech Integrations Specialist who’ll build, integrate, and maintain the systems that keep People operations running efficiently. Collaborate with Workday Specialists, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to ensure core HR and payroll processes run smoothly across regions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, PECI, RaaS, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, and vendor-specific endpoints.
• Own the day-to-day health of integrations: monitor runs, investigate failures, analyse logs, and proactively prevent silent errors.
• Troubleshoot complex issues caused by upstream system changes, vendor format updates, missing or late data, and timing dependencies.
