People Transformation Consultant

Overview

Our client, a global organisation, urgently require an experienced Workforce Transformation Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

• Experience of working within digital delivery environments
• Background gined within Defence or Government organisations
• Must hold SC or DV clearance

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development and transformation of major programmes, including programme strategy and set up, programme/portfolio delivery, capability and digital transformation, and assurance reviews.
• Contribute to client projects including development of engagement plans, production of deliverables, change management activities, and workshop/meeting facilitation across a wide range of propositions, focusing on Digital delivery and transformation, but also including:
