People/Recruitment Coordinator

Aid and assist value creation within the organization by helping accomplish overall business objectives

Responsibilities

• Own building a top talent culture at TuringTech
• Serve as a liaison between various teams for people related matters
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and success metrics
• Conducts new-hire orientations and onboarding
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and talent communities
• Improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinate hiring workflows
