People/Recruitment Coordinator

Aid and assist value creation within the organization by helping accomplish overall business objectives
Responsibilities
Own building a top talent culture at TuringTech
Serve as a liaison between various teams for people related matters
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and success metrics
Conducts new-hire orientations and onboarding
Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and talent communities
Improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience
Conduct structured interviews and coordinate hiring workflows
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree from a top tier university
