Job Description
- Lead and manage PeopleSoft environment setup, maintenance, cloning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and patching of PeopleSoft applications and PeopleTools across environments.
- Manage and monitor WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker components.
- Perform PeopleTools and application upgrades, including applying PUM images and tax updates using Change Assistant.
- Collaborate with development and functional teams for migration of code, configuration, and data across environments.
- Administer security across PeopleSoft layers including LDAP, SSL, rolespermissions, and firewalls.
- Optimize system performance by tuning application servers, web servers, and database connections.
- Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
