PeopleSoft HCM Prod Support

Role Description
UST is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative PeopleSoft HCM Enterprise Solution Production Support with experience as a module lead and key business partner with various functions of the HCM modules. Candidate should have great experience in Payroll North America, Core HCM, and Benefits Administration (version 9.2). Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with customers, SMEs and technical team.

Profile Summary

• Has at least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM Support and/or PeopleSoft Development
• L1, L2, and/or L3 Prod Support Experience
• Amicable for 24/7 support rotation shift
• Highly knowledgeable on SQR, App Engine, and PeopleCode code/analysis.
• Excellent on Oracle SQL
• Experienced in Unix scripting
• Experienced in Payroll for North America module
• Knowledgeable in Core HCM, Benefits Administration
