Job Description: PeopleSoft System Administrator

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Strong skills in handling PeopleSoft System Administration tasks including PeopleTools, App Engine, SQL Server, Oracle DB, Integration Broker, etc.
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across various groups

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft System Administrator with PS HCM
• Hands-on experience supporting PeopleTools 8.53
• Knowledgeable in Oracle 12c or higher DB
• Willing to work on shifting schedules (including holidays, weekends, night shifts, and on-call support)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade PeopleTools to ensure system stability and performance
